Jaime Naughton is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong background in establishing positive working relationships with key union leadership to reduce employee grievances significantly. Additionally, as an Account Manager, they successfully managed the needs of various customer accounts and built solid working relationships with customers and staff. In their role as Campus Finance Planner Lead, they led financial aid staff in implementing financial literacy among students and coached them on regulations and policies.
