Michelle A. Scarrow has over 20 years of work experience in various customer service and operations roles. Michelle A. is currently the Director of Customer Care for Zurn Elkay Water Solutions, where they have been working since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Manager of Customer Care & Product Technical Service for the same company. Before joining Zurn Elkay Water Solutions, Michelle worked as the Manager of Customer Care at Elkay Manufacturing from 2016 to 2018. Michelle A. also has experience in training and development, having worked as the Senior Training Specialist at the Employers Association of the NorthEast and as a Retail Training Specialist at Mosaic Sales Solutions in 2015. Michelle has also held management positions in customer service at Proto Labs, Vesta Valuation, LLC, Rels Valuation, and Advanced Collateral Solutions.
