Tracy Xiao

Tracy (Yang) Xiao, MBA CPIM CPSM, currently serves as the Manager of Supply Planning at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions since July 2022, and has held a similar position at Elkay Manufacturing since May 2012, where responsibilities include designing and improving the Integrated Planning/SIOP process, enhancing on-time delivery and customer experience, and fostering growth in inventory turns and working capital. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior Project Manager, Senior Supply Chain Analyst, and Senior Buyer at ITW Ramset, and Purchasing Manager at RT Dygert, as well as an Import Specialist at Air Sea Transport Inc. Tracy also possesses extensive technical expertise as a Senior Software/Database Engineer from Smarteam Technology Co. LTD. in Beijing, China, and is pursuing an MBA at Northern Illinois University, building upon a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Tsinghua University.
