Chad Williams

Chad Williams has a strong background in engineering and product development. Chad started their career in 2008 at Cummins Inc., where they worked as a Product Support Engineer for three years before being promoted to Senior Product Development Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for leading the development of new products and providing support for existing ones. In 2016, Chad joined Zurn Industries, LLC as a Senior Project Engineer, where they led engineering projects for commercial restroom faucets and flush valves. Their responsibilities included conducting DVP&R tasks, implementing new production installations at customer sites, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
