Shay Faitelzon

Shay Faitelzon, DVM, MBA, MA Law has held a variety of roles in the medical field since 2003. In that year, they began working as a Veterinary Clinician, Co-owner, and General Manager at Ra'anana Veterinary Center. In 2005, they became the Marketing Manager at QuikClot, and in 2006 they were hired as a Product Manager at superDimension (which was later acquired by Medtronic). From 2009 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Dr. Shay Faitelzon Consulting, and in 2017 they became a Senior Consultant in Clinical, Regulatory and Quality Affairs at H.M.Da Consulting & Development Ltd. Additionally, they were the Founder & CEO of The Center for Connected Care and the Digital Health Lab, and Head of The BioMedical Specialty Program at Sapir College from 2017 to 2020. In 2020, they were hired as a Member at 8400 - The Health Network and as a Lecturer at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Shay currently holds the roles of VP Operations and Director of Operations at ZutaCore.

Shay Faitelzon, DVM, MBA, MA Law has an extensive education history. Shay obtained a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from the University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Košice from 1994-2000. In 2000-2001, they completed an Internship (Post-Graduate) in Small Animals Veterinary Medicine at Ecole nationale vétérinaire de Lyon. From 2001-2003, they completed a Residency Program, Koret School of Veterinary Medicine in Small Animals Internal Medicine (toward Dipl. ECVIM) at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. From 2005-2007, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a Major in Marketing & Finance from Ono Academic College. From 2017-2018, they obtained an MA Law in Legal Studies from Bar-Ilan University. In 2021, they obtained a Certificate in 8400 The Health Network Leadership Program from Harvard Business School. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications: Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) from ASQ - World Headquarters and ISQ - Israel Society for Quality in 2014; Clinical Research Associate (CRA) from Bio-Medical Research Design Ltd. (B.R.D) in 2005; and Industrial Entrepreneurship and Management from LAHAV, Executive Education, Faculty of Management, TA University - להב in 2003.
