Julia Smith

Julia Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over 24 years. Julia is currently employed as the Director of Project Management Portfolio at Zutek since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at SiteWit Corp. as a Project Manager from November 2020 to January 2022, where they executed internal development efforts and managed cross-functional teams for the Kliken online marketing platform.

From December 2016 to March 2020, Julia served as the Director of Professional Services at BI WORLDWIDE, where they executed program deployments for implementing Bunchball gamification on a SaaS platform.

Before that, they worked at ADT from February 2014 to December 2016, holding the position of Senior Manager, Managed Information Processing Services. In this role, they managed multiple enterprise platforms, staff members, automated billing systems, and worked on various system upgrades and batch processing operations.

Julia's work experience also includes roles at Axway, Axway Inc., Tumbleweed Communications, Certegy Inc., Randstad Technologies US, and Kforce Consulting, where they served as a Practice Manager, Project Manager, Global Messaging Architect, Consultant, and Managing Consultant respectively.

Julia Smith holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1990 until 1995. In addition to their formal education, Julia Smith has also obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in October 2020 and as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the same institution in October 2019.
