André S. Lima is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in managing purchasing processes across various sectors, including technology, security, and marketing. Currently serving as a Comprador at Grupo Fleury since August 2022, André is responsible for procurement management, conducting bidding processes, and supporting internal clients in negotiations and budgeting. As the founder of BR_COMPRADORES, André created a mutual aid group for procurement professionals and has actively contributed to the Café com Comprador community. Previous roles include strategic procurement positions at organizations such as Dock and AXA, where André achieved significant cost savings and implemented strategic sourcing methodologies. An expert in procurement systems, André holds a postgraduate degree in Strategic Procurement Management from IBECORP and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Sant'Anna.
