Marco Schembri

Marco Schembri is an experienced industrial designer. In 2013, they began their career as an industrial designer with Lombardo Bikes. Marco then worked as a contract industrial designer for Inzerillo & Albeggiani Yacht Design, Sicilferro (Aircrab), SVELTA Beauty, and Pure Storage. In 2014, they began working as a senior industrial designer and project manager for Anteprima Brands International Ltd., where they were responsible for product development, managing a team of product managers, and leading the graphic design department. In 2017, they worked as a senior industrial designer for JBL and Simzo Electronic Technologies. In 2018, they began working as a head of design for ZVerse, Inc., where they managed a network of 50 design engineers and participated as a senior design engineer in specific projects. Marco also provided consultancy services for CAD/CAE design for additive manufacturing processes and CNC and injection molding. In 2018, they also worked as a senior industrial designer for Pininfarina Segno.

Marco Schembri obtained their Industrial Design Engineering degree from Università degli Studi di Palermo in 2014. In 2020, they received a Certification in Design for Additive Manufacturing from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Marco also holds a MIT xPRO certification in Additive Manufacturing for Innovative Design and Production obtained in August 2020, an IC3 Plus (Internet and Computing Core Certification) from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business obtained in 2007, and a Trinity English certificate from Piccadilly School obtained in June 2004.
