Sandra Miletić Škopac

Sandra Miletić Škopac has extensive work experience in human resources. Sandra is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Zvijezda since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Hrvatski Telekom as the Head of Recruitment and Selection - HR Business Partnering and BP Operations Department from October 2018 to May 2021.

Sandra also had a long tenure at Valamar Riviera, where they held various HR roles. Sandra served as the Human Resources Manager from January 2013 to September 2018, and prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist in Management Consulting from March 2007 to January 2013. Sandra started their career at Valamar Riviera as a Human Resources Assistant from October 2005 to March 2007.

Before joining Valamar Riviera, Sandra had internships at LafargeHolcim from September 2004 to December 2004 and at INA Grupa from June 2004 to September 2004.

Sandra also gained experience through internships at Lovranske vile, ACMT Library, and Ariani Restaurant in Cape Coral, USA from 2001 to 2003.

Sandra Miletić Škopac completed their Bachelor of Science Degree with the highest honors in Human Resources Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. Sandra attended this institution from 2001 to 2005. Later, Sandra pursued their Master in Finance, M.Sc. from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. No specific field of study was mentioned for their Master's degree.
