Lea Meier

Lea Meier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering, technology, and scientific innovation within the food processing sector. Currently serving as Head of Engineering and Head of Technology at Zweifel Chips & Snacks AG since February 2024, Lea previously held multiple leadership roles at Kinematica, including Head of Scientific Innovation & Strategy and Head of Science & Prototyping. Lea has a strong background in managing interdisciplinary teams, acquiring scientific projects, and developing new technologies, demonstrated through various roles at ETH Zürich and other companies. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Food Process Engineering and a Master's degree in Food Science, both from ETH Zürich, alongside a fellowship in entrepreneurship.
