Scott Parrish

Scott Parrish serves as the Vice President of Real Estate and Facilities at Zwicker & Associates, P.C. since June 2011, overseeing national real estate and facilities operations with expertise in site selection, lease negotiation, workplace standards, facilities management, security, financial analysis, budgeting, and procurement. Prior to this role, Scott was the General Manager of Facilities Operations at Lincoln Property Company CRE from June 2009 to June 2011 and gained experience in commercial real estate and property management while serving in the United States Marine Corps from 2001 to 2009. Additionally, Scott worked as a Real Estate Broker for Lincoln Property Company CRE from 2002 to 2006, specializing in corporate real estate advisory services. Scott Parrish holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Bentley University and completed secondary education at Southington High School.
