Kacy Sparks is an accomplished program management professional with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as the Director of Program Management and Production at Zwift since January 2021, Kacy has previously held multiple management roles at Blizzard Entertainment from August 2005 to March 2020, including leading operations and live experiences for high-profile events like BlizzCon. Kacy has successfully delivered numerous projects that enhanced efficiency in operations, managed multi-million dollar programs, and driven significant revenue through strategic initiatives. Kacy's expertise spans communications, scheduling, budget management, and stakeholder alignment, demonstrating a commitment to delivering quality results on time and within budget.
