Alexander Stout

Alexander Stout currently serves as Legal Director at ZwillGen since September 2022, following an extensive tenure at Latham & Watkins from October 2013 to September 2022 as an Associate. Prior experience includes roles as a Legal Extern at Bandwidth.com, Summer Associate at Latham & Watkins, and Summer Law Clerk at the Electronic Privacy Information Center. Alexander also held positions at the US Department of Homeland Security as Special Assistant for Cybersecurity & Communications, Cybersecurity Analyst at the National Interest Security Company, and an intern with the Liberal Democrats Policy and Research Unit. Earlier roles include Paralegal Assistant and Intern/Acting Communications Director for Congressman Sanford D. Bishop, Jr. Alexander holds a JD from Duke University School of Law, an MSc from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BA from Dickinson College.
