Jon Frankel

Jon Frankel is a seasoned legal professional specializing in Internet law, privacy, and security. Currently serving as a Shareholder at ZwillGen PLLC since October 2012, Frankel focuses on complex legal challenges in technology, including issues related to cybercrime and intellectual property. Prior positions include Partner at Bingham McCutchen, where Frankel co-chaired the Privacy and Security group, and roles at Swidler Berlin Shereff Friedman, Seidel Yarvin and Mervis, and Protas & Spivok, primarily dealing with telecommunications and commercial disputes.
