Natalie McLachlan

Natalie McLachlan has a diverse range of work experience in the legal field. Natalie began their career as an External Counsel at Buse Heberer Fromm Düsseldorf in 2002 and later joined Fernandez Braniff Abogados, S.C. as an External Counsel from 2002 to 2015. In 2003, they became a Legal Counsel for Renewable Energies at Harpen AG, and then moved on to RWE Power AG in 2006, where they held the same position until 2008. Natalie then became a Legal Counsel for Renewable Energies and Venture Capital at RWE Innogy GmbH from 2008 to 2008. Natalie then worked as a Legal Counsel for M&A and Corporate at Wilh. Werhahn KG from 2008 to 2011, eventually transitioning to their current role as the Global Head Legal/Compliance/IP (General Counsel) at ZWILLING J.A. Henckels AG from 2011 to the present.

Natalie McLachlan received their Abitur degree from Emanuel Felke Gymnasium Bad Sobernheim in 1993. Natalie then went on to attend Universität Trier, where they obtained their Erstes Staatsexamen degree in Law in 1999. Following that, they completed their Referendariat OLG Düsseldorf from 2000 to 2002, earning a Zweites Staatsexamen degree in Law. Lastly, Natalie attended Colegio Alemán Alexander von Humboldt in Mexico City from 1980 to 1985, although the field of study and degree obtained during this time are unavailable.
