Tim Decken

Tim Decken is an experienced professional in sustainability management with a solid background in corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as the Head of Global Sustainability Management at ZWILLING J.A. Henckels AG since July 2022, Tim previously held the position of Sustainability Manager at Nespresso Deutschland GmbH from October 2019 to July 2022. Prior to these roles, Tim took a brief period of parental leave at @Home from February 2019 to September 2019 and worked as the Corporate Responsibility Manager at ALDI Nord from July 2016 to January 2019. Early career experience includes roles at EY in Climate Change and Sustainability Services, where Tim progressed from Werkstudent to Senior, and an internship in sustainability management at Henkel. Tim holds a Diplom Kaufmann degree from the University of Düsseldorf.
