Jason Sanchez

Jason Sanchez has a diverse work experience in the chemical and manufacturing industry. Jason started their career at Malvern Instruments Ltd as a Product Marketing Manager, where they managed sales and marketing activities for lab testing equipment. Jason achieved significant revenue growth and successfully launched new products.

Jason then joined Univar Solutions as a Business Director/General Manager, overseeing the Aerospace & Custom Packaging divisions. Jason had P&L responsibility for these divisions and led a national sales team. Jason also had a role as the Director of Strategic Growth, where they played a key role in driving company growth.

After that, Jason joined Valtris Specialty Chemicals as the Global Vice President of the Lubricants Division. Jason had global P&L responsibility and led regional business teams in sales, customer service, and operations. Jason introduced a new go-to-market strategy and focused on market diversification and profitability.

Currently, Jason is the Chief Executive Officer of ZXP Technologies, a finished lubricant manufacturing company. Jason oversees the process of manufacturing finished lubricant products and manages a team of 300 employees. The company is private equity-owned by Milton Street Capital.

Jason Sanchez obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry from Colorado State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Jason then pursued a PhD in Chemistry at UC San Diego from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jason obtained a certification in Pragmatic Marketing in April 2011.
