Anand Warier

Anand Warier has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Anand is currently serving as the Head Supply Chain at Zydus Hospitals since November 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Zydus Group, including Deputy General Manager (Purchase) and Lead Supply Chain from 2017 to 2023. Anand also worked as a Senior Manager at Tevapharm India Private Limited (OTC JV of P&G and TEVA) from 2015 to 2017, and as a Manager in International Operations at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd. from 2012 to 2015. Before that, they held positions of Manager Supply Chain and Assistant Manager at Zydus Group from 2008 to 2012. Anand started their career at Claris Lifesciences Limited as an Executive in Business Operations from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive in International Marketing at Super Star Trading House Adani Export Limited from 2005 to 2006. Anand began their career at M/s Modern Cargo Services Pvt. Ltd. as an Executive in Operations from 2001 to 2003.

Anand Warier's education history includes several degrees and diplomas in various fields. In 1996, they completed their HSC degree in Commerce from ST Xaviers High School in Mirzapur. Anand then attended Gujarat University from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree. In 2002, Anand obtained a Post Graduation Diploma in International Trade from Bhavan's H.B. Institute of Communication & Management in Ahmedabad. The following year, in 2003, they completed a Post Graduation Diploma in Customs & Central Excise (Correspondence) from the National Institute of Export Management. Also in 2003, Anand pursued an MBA degree specializing in International Business from the Institute of International Business and Research in Pune, which they completed in 2005. Alongside their MBA, they obtained a Diploma in Logistics Management from the same institute in 2004, focusing on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
