Teresa Speck

Teresa Speck is a seasoned professional currently serving as Principal at ZYGOS Consulting LLC and as a Senior Acquisition Strategist at the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) since February 2023. Prior to these roles, Teresa was the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Soar Technology, Inc. from November 2019 to February 2023, and held the position of Director of Training and Readiness Accelerator (TReX) at the National Security Technology Accelerator (NSTXL) from September 2018 to November 2019.
