Jess Polnasek

Jess Polnasek is an experienced coach and corporate consultant currently working with Athletic Mentors LLC and Health Motivators LLC since January 2021. Additionally, Jess serves as an independent sales representative for Zyia Active, beginning in September 2020. From January 2005 to January 2021, Jess worked as a health and wellness consultant at Professional & Personal Wellness. Jess holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and Psychology from Albion College, earned between 2005 and 2009.
