Phúc M. Nguyễn

Phúc M. Nguyễn has been working in the field of data science since 2018, when they began working as a Data Scientist at MTI Technology Vietnam. Prior to this, they were an Assistant Researcher at the Institute for Stroke and Dementia Research (ISD), Klinikum der Universität München from 2016-2018. From 2015-2016 they were a Master's Student Researcher at Litt Lab - Translational Neuroengineering. From 2012-2015 they were a Research Assistant at Hawaii Pacific University - Organic Chem Lab. Phúc M. began their career in 2008 as an MABS (Math, Business and Science) Master Tutor at Hawaii Pacific University. In 2022 they will begin working as a Data Scientist at Zymo Research Corp.

Phúc M. Nguyễn has an extensive educational background. In 2008, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Math and Biochemistry from Hawaii Pacific University. Phúc M. then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016. In 2019, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Applied Statistics from Penn State University. Phúc M. also obtained certifications in Machine Learning and Computational Neuroscience from Coursera in 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science - OMSCS at the Georgia Institute of Technology, and is expected to graduate in 2024. Additionally, they are an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, obtained from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2022.
