Sam Ebiner

Sam Ebiner has a varied work experience, beginning in 2012 as a Financial Administrative Assistant at Golden Optometric Group, where they were responsible for entering data for eyeglass frames, designing organized spreadsheets, and reconciling monthly billing statements for 5 office locations. In the same year, they also began working as a Legal Clerk at Ebiner Law Office, where they were responsible for monthly client billing and daily correspondence, as well as legal research for current cases. In 2018, they began working at Crees Manu as a Conservation Intern, where they studied a wide range of flora and fauna, including endangered species, and got hands-on experience with a variety of field survey techniques. Sam was then promoted to Senior Field Staff and trained new field staff in all aspects of the research center, managed and produced monthly reports, and created educational presentations and workshops. In 2019, they began working at Best Formulations as a Microbiology Laboratory Technician, where they performed weekly environmental monitoring, prepared and autoclaved differential, selective, and non-selective media daily, and tested raw materials and finished products for pathogens. In 2021, they began working at Zymo Research Corp as a Research Technician and Laboratory Technician.

Sam Ebiner attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2010 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology.
