Faye Por

Faye Por has extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as Senior Director at Zynga since August 2009, with previous roles including Director and Senior Operations Manager in Customer Service. Faye directed global support operations, implemented change management during a significant CRM transition, and expanded game support operations while managing executive escalations. Earlier experience includes a role as Registered Nurse, Per Diem at San Bruno Skilled Nursing Hospital, where Faye provided skilled nursing care for residents. Faye holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from the University of San Francisco, obtained in 2008.
