Shelby Blueher

Shelby Blueher is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in developing and executing HR strategies across diverse global teams. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Zynga since October 2024, Shelby previously held the same title at Chartboost from July 2017 until October 2024. During this tenure, Shelby successfully led HR initiatives including workforce planning, performance evaluation programs, and post-acquisition integration processes following Chartboost's acquisition by Zynga and Zynga's subsequent acquisition by Take-Two Interactive. Shelby's earlier roles include Human Resources Business Partner and Generalist, as well as positions at AdColony, Goldman Sachs, and Miracles for Kids. Shelby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Chapman University.
