Kait Metz

Kait Metz currently serves as a Customer Success Leader at Zywave since January 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Director of Customer Success at SemaConnect, where leadership of a 25-person team was undertaken. At Binary Fountain™, Kait managed customer success operations, overseeing a team that supported over 400 customers and contributed $18MM in revenue, while achieving over 94% customer retention. Earlier roles include various positions in account management at companies such as Avalara and Anybill Financial Services, as well as marketing positions at Affinion Group and Tredegar Corporation. Kait holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Richmond.
