Dhruv Hegde

Dhruv Hegde is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering and business analysis, currently serving as an Engineer at Zywie, Inc. since April 2023 and as a Business Analyst at CirrusLabs since June 2021, where Dhruv collaborates with clients, including Anthem, to drive digital transformation initiatives utilizing Microsoft Azure and Scrum principles. Prior experience includes a role as a Cloud Consultant at Anthem, managing data in Genesys Cloud and utilizing AWSConnect for transaction analysis, and a Software Intern position at UPS, focusing on reporting and database management. Dhruv also completed internships in cyber security, support engineering, and front office management, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Georgia State University.
