ServiceNow, a digital workflow company, announced that Kevin McBride will join as SVP, Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer. He most recently served as VP, Corporate Controller, and Principal Accounting Officer at Intel.

Dataiku, the platform for Everyday AI, announced that David Tharp has joined the company as SVP Ecosystems and Alliances. Prior to Dataiku, Tharp served as the VP, Worldwide Partner Organization at Anaplan.

Argyle, a employment data platform, announced the appointment of Sid Uberoi as General Counsel. Prior to Argyle, Uberoi was General Counsel of Yodlee.

Aisera, an AI Service Management (AISM) platform, has appointed Abhi Maheshwari as CFO. Maheshwari joins Aisera from CrowdStrike, where he served as CAO.

Medely, a workforce management startup, hired John Mark Warren as the company's CFO. Warren was most recently the Head of Finance at Workrise.

Chili Piper, an inbound conversion platform for sales and marketing teams, has promoted its VP of Customer Success, Gemma Cipriani-Espineira, to be its first-ever Chief Customer Officer.

Jolt, digital assistant manager for restaurants and businesses, has announced the appointment of Shannon Lippe as VP of Marketing.

Zeta, a cloud-based marketing technology company, announced the hiring of Matthew Mobley as EVP of Technology Strategy. Most recently, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Merkle.

Fintech

Acorns has appointed Seth Wunder as its first Chief Investment Officer. Most recently, Wunder founded and served as the sole portfolio manager for black-and-white Capital.

BlueVine, a financial services provider for small businesses, has named Mira Srinivasan as its Chief Risk Officer. She joins from In her previous role at Brex, where she led the risk team responsible for credit, fraud, and operational risk.

CoinFlip, a financial services platform focused on the digital economy, announced that Colleen Kavanagh has joined as its new Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to her role at CoinFlip, Kavanagh served as a senior executive in Morgan Stanley's Global Financial Crimes Group.

VantageScore, a consumer credit scoring model developer, has revealed that Silvio Tavares has been appointed President and CEO. Tavares was Founder, Chairman and CEO of the Digital Commerce Alliance.

Stretto, a bankruptcy services and tech firm, has hired Jon Orr as the Senior Managing Director in charge of Stretto Deposit, Disbursement, and Escrow Services. Orr was previously the Managing Director and Operating Partner at Monroe Capital.

Real Estate Tech

LendingHome announced that Carrie Weber has joined the company as Chief Risk Officer ahead of its rebrand as Kiavi later this year. Weber was the former CRO at Ameritas.

VTS, a leasing, marketing, asset management, and tenant experience platform for the commercial real estate industry, announced that Margaretta Noonan has been appointed as the company’s new Chief People Officer.

FlyHomes, a home buying and selling platform, announced the appointment of Kayti Sullivan as Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to Flyhomes, Sullivan was an early executive at Yelp.

E-Commerce

Famous, announced the appointment of Aaron Day as the no-code mobile ecommerce design platform’s CEO. Previously, Aaron was the global partnership lead at Canva.

Zmags, the developer of a creator platform to transform how customers experience digital commerce, announced that Jeffrey Lortz has been appointed as CEO.

Health Tech

Medable, a cloud platform for patient-centered clinical research, announced the hiring of Orlando Baeza as the company’s first Chief Marketing Officer. Baeza was most recently CMO for technology startups Kajabi and Pollen.

SimpleHealth, a telehealth provider for reproductive wellness, announced it has appointed Dr. Lisa Czanko as its Chief Medical Officer.

Legal Tech

Assembly Legal, a legal case management software provider, announces several key strategic hires; Rick Cirigliano as Chief Product Officer, Tony Fabbi as Chief Customer Officer, Doug Gaccione as Chief Marketing Officer, and Ken Isaacson as Chief Information Security Officer.

Skyline Robotics, a deep tech robotics and automation company, announced the appointment of Michael Brown as CEO and Ross Blum as COO.

Tyler Technologies, an integrated software and technology services provider to the public sector, has welcomed Kevin Iwersen as the company’s new Chief Information Officer. He most recently served as CIO for the Idaho Judicial Branch.

IntelePeer, a Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider, announced the promotion of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Andre Simone to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the appointment of Thomas Conway to CFO.
