Veeam Software

Niraj Tolia joins Veeam Software, a company that develops backup, disaster recovery and modern data protection software, as Chief Technology Officer following Veeam’s acquisition of Alcion. Tolia was the CEO and Founder of Alcion, a data management startup, and CEO and Founder of another startup acquired by Veeam in 2020, Kasten marking this the second time that Tolia joins the Veeam team.

Kargo

Kargo, a global advertising agency, has hired Eric Hoffert as their Chief Technology Officer. Hoffert has extensive experience in the advertising technology space with engineering leadership roles at Xandr and AppNexus. Hoffert most recently led connected TV and video and was an advertising strategist at Microsoft Advertising where he managed a team of 50.

ChargeScape

ChargeScape, a software platform that integrates electric vehicles into the power grid, welcomes Alex Katzman as their VP of Business Development. Prior to ChargeScape, Katzman was a founding partner at Growth Inflection where he advised early and growth stage companies in the Climate Tech space. He has also served in leadership positions at Aclima and Enervee.

Velou

Gavin Hewitt has joined Velou, a startup creating intelligent shopping catalogs, as Chief Operating Officer. He joins following Velou’s announcement of $5 million in new funding led by FUSE. Hewitt brings years of startup and corporate sales experience having served as the VP of Sales at Attentive, Yonder, Loop Commerce, and Bluecore.
