FOX Corporation has selected a new General Counsel, Jeff A. Taylor, who was elevated from his previous role as the media behemoth’s EVP and Chief Litigation Counsel. Source | Full Story

Teen Vogue’s incoming Editor-in-Chief Alexi McCammond resigned on Thursday, only a few days ahead of her start date and less than two weeks since she was announced to take over the role. Source | Full Story

Paramount Pictures’ President of Post-Production, Stephanie Ito, will leave the movie studio at the end of the week according to an internal memo obtained by Variety. Source | Full Story

Lionsgate has named Nilay Shah to be EVP and Head of Investor Relations. Shah is a highly regarded Wall Street buy-side analyst who has 15 years' experience at Citadel, Ivory Capital and Franklin Templeton. Source

The E.W. Scripps Company has appointed Kate O'Brian as Head of News for its national television networks business, effective April 12, 2021. Previously, she spent 30 years at ABC News in ascending positions. Source

FOX's FX named Shola Ajewole to the newly created position of SVP of Creative and Cultural Diversity. He previously served as a business affairs executive at the company. Source

AT&T's WarnerMedia Latin America has appointed Mônica Albuquerque to head up the artistic talents area in general entertainment for Latin America. Previously she spent 21 years at Globo. Source

Nielsen announced that Sandra Sims-Williams has been promoted to Chief Diversity Officer for Nielsen. She will take over the role from CEO David Kenny, who has held both the CDO and CEO titles, since February 2019. Source

Sky has promoted long-time executive Jane Millichip to Chief Content Officer for Sky Studios in Europe. Source

Cineflix Media has appointed Tim Mutimer, former CEO of Banijay Rights, to lead its global distribution arm. Source

TEGNA revealed that it has promoted Kristie Gonzales to VP of Media Operations. Source

Alibaba executive Gao Xiaosong has left his role as director of Alibaba Music. Source

Roku has hired several Funny Or Die execs and employees including FOD’s former President of Digital Content Chris Bruss, SVP of Branded Content Production Brian Toombs, as well as a group of FOD producers, editors, and writers. Source

The Nacelle Company hired Ched Raymundo, a former Discovery Channel executive, as SVP of Acquisitions & Strategy. Source

BRON Studios has hired Juliana Janes as Vice President of Development for Television. She joins Bron from Gulfstream Pictures. Source

Tenovos relieved that John Shackleton has joined the company as Chairman of the Board. He brings 30 years of market and business experience, most notably as the President and CEO of OpenText Corporation. Source

Talkshoplive, a livestream commerce platform has Joe Siyam, the former Supervising Producer at CBS Media Ventures’ “Entertainment Tonight,” as VP of Talent and Entertainment Partnerships. Source
