Workplace Tech

Autodesk, a developer of 3D design software for use in the architecture, engineering, construction, and media industries, appointed Ruth Ann Keene as its Chief Legal Officer. She previously served as the Chief Legal Officer at Unity Technologies.

TriNet, a provider of comprehensive human resources solutions, hired Jay Venkat as its Chief Digital and Innovation Officer and Jeff Hayward as its CTO, effective June 30. Venkat comes to TriNet from Boston Consulting Group and Hayward was most recently the SVP of Product Engineering for Airline Solutions at Sabre.

Indeed, a global hiring platform, hired Priscilla Koranteng as its Chief People Officer. Most recently, Koranteng was Kellogg’s Global Head of Talent and Chief Diversity Officer

RoomReady, a meeting room technology provider, has named Iron Mountain business leader Ty Mericle as its new COO.

Airship, a Customer Engagement Platform, promoted Virginia Llewellyn from General Counsel to Chief Legal and Administrative Officer.

Fintech

DailyPay, a financial technology company, selected Kevin Coop as its new CEO. Most recently, Coop served as President of North America at Dun & Bradstreet.

Onbe, a corporate disbursements fintech, promoted Tracy Monson from SVP of Product to Chief Product Officer.

Remitly, a digital financial services provider for immigrants and their families, hired Rina Hahn as Chief Marketing Officer. Hahn comes to Remitly from Blue Nile where she served in a variety of roles including as the Director of Acquisition.

Insurtech

Ease, a modern benefits administration platform for small businesses, insurance brokers, and insurance carriers, announced Sudha Kaki as its new CTO. Kaki most recently served as the CTO at Mineral.

Lemonade, a digital insurance company, appointed Scott Fischer as Head of Government Relations and co-General Counsel. Fischer was most recently a partner at global law firm DLA Piper and served as New York’s top insurance regulator.

EdTech

Instructure, an education technology company, announced Shiren Vijiasingam as its new Chief Product Officer. He previously served as Chief Product Officer at Newsela.

E-Commerce

Vesta, an end-to-end transaction guarantee platform for online purchases, hired Hrishi Talwar as its Chief Product Officer. Most recently, Talwar was responsible for Equifax’s Identity, Fraud & Compliance business.

Fanatics, a global digital sports platform, announced the appointment of Mike Mahan as CEO of Fanatics Collectibles, the company’s trading cards and collectibles business. Mahan joins Fanatics after running Dick Clark Productions.

Logistics Tech

Loadsmith, a third-party Capacity-as-a-Service (CaaS) logistics platform for shippers and carriers, selected Andy Otterman as its Chief Information Officer. He previously held roles at Dish, Whirlpool and Tallgrass.

Cybersecurity

McAfee, an online protection company, appointed former WarnerMedia CFO Jennifer Biry as its EVP and CFO.

Daon, a leader in identity assurance technology, announced that Ralph Rodriguez has been named President and Chief Product Officer. He was most recently an Executive-in-Residence at Summit Partners.

IT

Nasuni, a cloud provider that enables organizations to store, protect, synchronize and collaborate on files across all locations, has promoted David Grant from Chief Commercial Officer to President.

Consensus, an intelligent demo automation platform, appointed Mike Trionfo as its Chief Product & Technology Officer. Trionfo was a co-founder of Entrata and a co-founder and CTO at Homie.

SymphonyAI, a leader in high-value enterprise AI SaaS for strategic industries, announced that Bill Bragg has joined the company as Chief Information Officer. Bragg joins SymphonyAI from Google, where he was the head of Fitbit corporate IT.

Reltio, a cloud-native, data management SaaS company, named Eric Cross as Chief Revenue Officer. Cross was formerly the CRO at Appian.

OutSystems, a leader in high-performance low-code development, selected Mark Quigley as its new Chief People Officer. Quigley previously held leadership positions at EMC, Nuance, Acoustic, and PTC.

Instabug, a mobile monitoring, crash and bug reporting solution, named Nick Bogaty the company’s first Chief Revenue Officer. He comes to Instabug from AppDynamics, where he served as CRO.

Algolia, an API Platform for Search & Discovery, added Lorena Scott as Chief People Officer. Most recently, she was the Chief People Officer of Caseware.

DigitalOcean, the cloud for developers, startups and SMBs, promoted Megan Wood to Chief Strategy Officer. She previously led the company’s business operations and analytics functions.

Blackbaud, a leading cloud software supplier for non-profit organizations, promoted Chris Singh from SVP of Customer Success to Chief Customer Officer.

Aerospace

Firefly Aerospace, an economical launch vehicle, spacecraft, and in-space services provider, announced today that CEO Tom Markusic has stepped down. Peter Schumacher, Partner at AE Industrial Partners, will take over as interim CEO responsibilities, as a search for a successor is underway.

Virgin Orbit added Stephen Zhang as the company’s first Vice President of Investor Relations. Prior to joining the Virgin Orbit team, Zhang was Director of Investor Relations at Raytheon Technologies.

Ad Tech

Permission.io, a provider of permission-based Web3 advertising, today announced the appointment of long-time Facebook executive, Thomas Shin, as its CEO.

Smartly.io, a social advertising automation platform for creative and performance marketers, promoted Ryan Jamboretz from Chief Strategy Officer to President of Commercial & Partnerships.
