Executive Moves

Waymo, revealed that John Krafcik plans to step down as CEO after five and a half years on the job. In his place, the company will be led by two Co-CEOs Tekedra Mawakana and Dmitri Dolgov. Source | Full Story

Coinbase has tapped veteran Morgan Stanley lawyer Ian Rooney to take on the role as its new Head of Enterprise Compliance, according to a report by Bloomberg Law. Rooney spent the past decade at Morgan Stanley, where he served as the financial giant’s Managing Director and Head of Global Financial Crimes Infrastructure Compliance. Source | Full Story

Logitech named Najoh Tita-Reid as its newest Global Chief Marketing Officer. She is moving from her current role as Head of Global Commercial Marketing of B2B and Commercial Retail at Logitech, where she leads global commercial marketing strategy and has launched over 100 new products according to her Linkedin page. Flexport appointed Kenneth Wagers as CFO and Jennifer Longnion as its new Chief Impact Officer. Wagers was previously the Head of Finance for Amazon Worldwide Transportation and Logistics and Longnion most recently served as Chief Organization Officer at Dollar Shave Club. Source

Darktrace appointed James Sporle as General Counsel and Company Secretary. Sporle was previously the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Just Eat. Source

Integrate appointed Aaron Mahimainathan as its new Chief Product Officer. Mahimainathan most recently served as the Chief Product Officer at App Annie. Source

Nucleus Software promoted Parag Bhise from EVP to CEO. Source

Kimball Electronics appointed Andy Regrut as Head of Investor Relations. Regrut was previously the VP of Investor Relations at Big Lots. Source

SambaNova Systems named Geoffrey Ribar as interim CFO. Ribar also serves as a Director and Board Member for Macom and Everspin Technologies. Source

Theratechnologies has hired John Leasure as its Global Commercial Officer and Peter Kowal as its VP of HIV-US Commercial Operations. Kowal was previously the US Head of Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Operations at Merck KGaA-EMD Serono, while Leasure previously worked at Pfizer. Source

IRI announced Kirk Perry, Google’s President of Global Client & Agency Solutions, has joined the company as President and CEO effective May 17, 2021. Source

TraceSafe appointed Emily Graham as its new Operating CFO. Source

TrueCommerce appointed Todd Johnson as President and COO, Peter Spellman as Chief Technology Officer, and Andrew Porter as EVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Source

SecureAge hired James Reynolds as Chief Product Officer. Reynolds most recently served as Chief Technology Officer at DomainTools. Source

Clearwater Analytics named Suraj Poozhiyil as SVP of Product. Poozhiyil previously held a wide variety of product and engineering roles over a 20 year career at Microsoft. Source

Synergy Blue has named Amanda Vance as its new CEO. Source

Luminoso hired Jeff Moyer as its new President and CEO. Prior to joining Luminoso, Moyer was the SVP of Private Cloud and Managed Public Cloud for Rackspace. Source

MITRE appointed Dana (Keoki) Jackson as SVP and General Manager of MITRE National Security. Before joining MITRE, Jackson spent the last two decades with Lockheed Martin in technical and senior leadership roles. Source

Greenscreens.ai appointed Rod Strata as Chief Commercial Officer & Co-CEO. Strata was previously a SAP Partner Executive at DXC Technology. Source

Aventiv Technologies hired Yusuf Jackson as a Senior Executive and Advisor. Source

Ideanomics appointed Kristen Helsel as its new Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to Ideanomics, Kristen was a Partner at DKS Investments. Source

Blue Yonder named Derek Butts as its Chief Strategy Officer. Butts spent the past 13 years at Workday where he most recently served as VP of Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development. Source

Biomason hired Lily Wachter as CFO and Bert Bruggeman as COO. Bruggeman most recently served as VP of Automotive Manufacturing at Tesla. Source

Hanzo named Paul Suh as its new CFO. Suh previously served as the CFO of BackOffice.co. Source
