Kelly Kovacs

Kelly Kovacs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operational roles. Currently a Founding Partner at 01 Advisors since January 2018, Kelly focuses on helping entrepreneurs scale their businesses at the growth stage. As the Founder of EA Mafia, established in August 2018, Kelly fosters a community aimed at empowering assistants through training and resources. Previously, Kelly served as Head of Workplace and Chief of Staff at Color Genomics and provided critical support as EA and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Twitter during a period of significant growth. Early career roles include Account Executive at Gwen Francis Design Group and Sales and Marketing Manager at Adfigo Marketing. Kelly holds a BA in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
