Cynthia Payne, PhD, is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Senior Information Security Engineer at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. since July 2015, Cynthia specializes in analyzing system logs for suspicious activity, developing monitoring plans for security components, and responding to security incidents. Previous roles include Manager of Information Security Operations at Resources for Human Development, where oversight of network traffic and support for compliance with HIPAA and PCI standards were key responsibilities.
