Faeth Bradley

Faeth Bradley is responsible for the end-to-end human capital strategy that supports the company’s growth plan and serves its 3,300+ employees across the country, including organizational structure and design, learning and development, change management, compensation and benefits, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Faeth has deep experience and a proven track record for leading talent strategy across multiple brands within an enterprise organization. Prior to joining 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. in October 2021, Faeth served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources at RTW Retailwinds (formerly New York & Company), responsible for driving a performance-led culture, increasing employee engagement, and improving organizational effectiveness. She also spent seven years at Coach as Division Vice President, Human Resources, where she led Human Resources strategy for its North America retail, wholesale, and e-commerce divisions, establishing a disciplined approach to performance management and increasing employee retention rates.

Faeth holds a master’s degree in Human Development: Adult Learning and HRD from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Integrated Studies in Human Resources Management from George Mason University. She previously served on the board for Hour Children, a non-profit dedicated to supporting women and children impacted by incarceration.
