Susan Walters-Flood

Susan Walters-Flood is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Chief Innovation and Operations Officer at 10 Billion By 2050, LLC, where the mission focuses on sustainable solutions to feed a growing global population. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at The Planting Hope Company, Inc., where innovative food and beverage brands were developed with an emphasis on nutrition and sustainability. As a board member and consultant for Riverwalk Adult Day Services, Susan contributed to community-focused initiatives. Previously, Susan was President of Dream Maker Advisors, focusing on helping companies achieve growth through value-driven strategies, and as President of Nu-World Foods, led the pioneering of gluten-free and ancient grains markets. Early career experience includes a role as a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen, with a strong background in both audit and consulting. Susan holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BS in Business from Indiana University Bloomington.
