Kris Gunther

Kris Gunther has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kris is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at 10 Federal, where they are responsible for the HR policies, practices, and procedures of multiple residential, self-storage, and DaVinici Lock companies. Kris focuses on building culture, long-term people strategies, and robust HR platforms.

Prior to this, Kris worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Human Resources Director from 2018 to 2023. During their tenure, they implemented forward-thinking initiatives to improve employee engagement and ensured compliance with local, state, and federal HR regulations. Kris also conducted company-wide town hall meetings to keep employees updated.

From 2012 to 2018, Kris held various roles at Amazon. Kris served as a Program Manager, North American Launches, where they were responsible for ensuring new fulfillment centers were fully staffed at launch. Kris also managed a team and established standard work for launch execution. Additionally, they acted as an HR Launch Leader, planning and executing the launch of new fulfillment centers and Prime Now locations. Kris further served as a Senior HR Business Partner, developing and implementing HR policies and programs for a large fulfillment center.

Prior to joining Amazon, Kris worked at T-Mobile as a Senior HR Manager, focusing on driving business success through strategic HR leadership and partnership.

Kris's work experience began at SunCom Wireless in 2000, where they served as a Senior HR Generalist responsible for providing HR support to the retail sales organization.

Throughout their career, Kris has demonstrated their expertise in HR leadership, culture building, program implementation, and strategic partnership.
