Stuart Plumbley

Stuart Plumbley has extensive work experience in the field of software development, with a focus on full-stack and client-side development. Stuart started their career at Now TV - BSkyB, where they worked as a Web Developer and contributed to the development of Sky's internet TV service. Stuart strongly believed in test-driven development, continuous integration, pair programming, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. After that, Stuart held various contract positions at companies like British Gas, rightmove.co.uk, Energized Work, and Vendigo, where they gained experience in JavaScript development and agile methodologies. Stuart then joined Haymarket Media Group as a Full-stack Developer, responsible for developing and maintaining their web platforms. Stuart later worked at 101 Ways as a Full Stack Developer, Rightpoint as a Senior Lead Developer, and finally joined 101 Ways again as a Lead Developer. Throughout their career, Stuart has demonstrated a strong technical skillset and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.

Stuart Plumbley attended Great Sankey High School from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained their GCSE qualifications. Stuart then enrolled at Warrington Collegiate Institute in 1999 and completed their BTEC HNC in Computing by 2001, focusing on Business IT. Later, in 2004 to 2005, they pursued a BSc in Multimedia Technology & Applications & Digital Media at London Metropolitan University, specializing in Digital Media and Multimedia Technology.
