Robert Bartruff Jr's work experience begins with their role as Co-Founder of 10by10 since 2017, where they aim to modernize recruiting processes using AI technology. Prior to this, they worked at Oracle Corporation from 2010 to 2013 as the Director of Sun Ray Software, where they successfully doubled product release velocity and reduced costs by 40%. From 2007 to 2010, they served as the Director of Sun Ray Engineering at Sun Microsystems, leading a team of 50+ employees. Before that, they held various positions at Sun Microsystems, including Senior Manager of Sun Ray Engineering, Software Manager of Graphics Platform Software, MTS Graphics System Software, and MTS Graphics Verification Group, where they actively contributed to the development and enhancement of graphics software and hardware solutions. Robert started their career at Eaton IMSD in 1987 as an MTS, where they played a crucial role in the design and development of network communications packages. Lastly, they worked at Hughes Aircraft from 1985 to 1987 as an MTS, focusing on the design and development of firmware for embedded microprocessor display systems.
