Aleksandra Bienas

Aleksandra Bienas is an experienced People and Culture Manager currently leading the People and Culture team at 10Clouds since May 2023, with a focus on employee well-being, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning and Development. Prior experience includes serving as Head of People and Culture at Codewise, where Aleksandra implemented people-centered strategies and supported organizational changes. Additional roles include volunteering with Internationaler Bund Polska, various positions at XTRF™ Translation Management Systems, and managerial roles at Spotlab.pl and COLAB.
