Karim Jalbout

Karim Jalbout is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Lilium since January 2022, Karim also contributes as an Advisor to the European Entrepreneurs Forum, focusing on enhancing collaboration among accomplished entrepreneurs in Europe. As an investor and network partner at Creandum and 10x Founders, respectively, since 2023, Karim also holds advisory positions at Concentric and previously at Hambro Perks. Past leadership roles include Partner at Egon Zehnder, where Karim specialized in private equity and venture capital, and significant marketing leadership positions at Sony Mobile Communications and Diageo. Karim holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University and has completed the Stanford Executive Program in General Management at Stanford University.
