Jun Chiang

Jun Chiang is a Senior Scientist at 10x Genomics, with a rich background in developing and validating assays for diagnostic applications in the field of biochemistry and biotechnology. Previously, Jun held senior scientist positions at BD and Nirmidas Biotech, Inc., where significant contributions included developing automated assays for autoimmune disease diagnosis and establishing quality systems for compliance with industry standards. Jun's experience also encompasses designing cell-based assays at Aiken Biosciences and overseeing the production of breast milk-based products at Medolac Laboratories. Jun earned a PhD in Biochemistry and Biophysics from Oregon State University, where research focused on yeast mutants and detoxification processes, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Medicine from Anhui Medical University.
