Nikki Wright McIps

Nikki Wright MCIPS has a wide range of work experience in procurement and operations. Nikki is currently serving as the Director of Operations at 10x Banking. Prior to this, Nikki held the position of Director of Procurement, Operations & ESG at Beauty Pie Ltd from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they worked as the Group Procurement Director (CPO) at Funding Circle UK from 2017 to 2021. Nikki also served as the SVP of Global Sourcing & Relationship Management at Carlson Wagonlit Travel from 2014 to 2017. Nikki has experience in the gaming industry as well, having been the Head of Procurement & Vendor Management at Paddy Power Betfair from 2012 to 2014. Nikki gained valuable experience in government organizations such as the Central Bank of Ireland and SOCA, where they held various procurement and commercial management roles. Nikki started their career as a Buyer at MUSIC BOX LEISURE LIMITED in 2005 before moving on to work for HM Prison Service as a Commercial Specialist.

Nikki Wright MCIPS holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management from CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, which was obtained from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they have completed a Diploma in Commercial Law from the Irish Law Society in 2012. Nikki also has certifications in Project Management, including PMP in 2012 and PRINCE2 in 2009. They further expanded their knowledge in the field by obtaining a CPSM® certification from the Insitute of Supply Management (ISM) in 2019. Currently, Nikki is pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, expected to be completed in 2023.
