Maria Chifligarova

Maria Chifligarova has a diverse work experience in the field of game design and illustration. Maria'smost recent role was as a Level Designer at 11 bit studios S.A. since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Level Designer at Snapshot Games from October 2022 to May 2023 and as a Junior Level Designer from June 2021 to October 2022. Maria also gained experience as a Junior Game Designer at Gameloft from January 2020 to July 2020. Before pursuing a career in game design, Maria worked as a Freelance Illustrator, providing their artistic services from May 2018 to January 2020. Maria also had an internship at the ''Sedyanka'' workshop for Bulgarian artistry, where they learned about traditional Bulgarian embroidery and its historical significance from June 2013 to October 2013.

Maria Chifligarova's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from New Bulgarian University, which they completed from 2011 to 2015. Maria then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the same university from 2014 to 2016. Following this, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Illustration and Graphic techniques from New Bulgarian University from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, Maria also completed an ERASMUS STUDENT program at Accademia di Belle Arti "P. Vannucci" di Perugia, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Illustration.
