Austin Chen

Austin Chen is a Venture Fellow at 11 Tribes Ventures, with previous experience as a Product Manager at Datadog and various roles at Twilio. At Twilio, Austin successfully led engineering projects to improve CI/CD pipelines, backend deployment, and scaling API infrastructure. Austin also has experience in machine learning research at Workday and corporate development at Tencent. Austin holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University.
