Christina Pham

Christina Pham is currently serving as the Fulfillment Coordinator & Operations at 12 Tides since May 2023. Prior to this role, Christina accumulated extensive experience at Good Eggs from October 2016 to February 2022, where roles included CX Training and QA Specialist, Community Care Knowledge Resource Specialist, Community Care Team Lead, and Customer Success Advocate. Christina also worked at Dandelion Chocolate from July 2013 to September 2016, where duties encompassed Assistant Café and Retail Manager, Interim Café and Retail Manager, and Café and Retail Shift Lead. Educationally, Christina earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies with a focus on Race and Ethnic Studies from Wesleyan University.
