Emilio Rychard has a diverse range of work experience. Emilio began their career in 2011 as a Filmmaker 360 Intern and Executive Intern at SFFILM. In 2012, they became an Associate Producer at the UC Davis Film Festival. In 2013, they were an Executive Assistant at Farmer Veteran Coalition. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Dandelion Chocolate as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Lead, and Delivery Driver. In 2020, they joined Springboard as a Data Analytics Career Track, where they completed 400+ hours of hands-on course material, with 1:1 industry expert mentor oversight, and two in-depth capstone projects. In 2021, they became an Operations Manager at 12 Tides - Organic Kelp Snacks.

Emilio Rychard has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California, Davis. Emilio is currently enrolled in the Data Analytics Career Track at Springboard. Emilio also has certifications in Intermediate Python from DataCamp, obtained in December of 2020, and Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Advanced (Estimated) from Duolingo, obtained in October of 2020.
