Zarina Bahadur

Zarina Bahadur is the CEO and Founder of 123 Baby Box, a subscription service that delivers curated products for babies, with ongoing leadership since March 2021. Bahadur is also a member of Parenthood Ventures, contributing to the innovation of tech-enabled products for new parents, and was a startup member of Draper Startup House Accelerator in March 2023. In collaboration with Harvard Business School, strategic insights were gained to enhance the business plan and market approach for 123 Baby Box during a dedicated project in late 2022. Additional experiences include participation in XRC Ventures and Mastercard's Test & Learn Initiative, aiming to leverage data-driven insights for the brand. Educationally, Bahadur holds a Master's degree from the University of California, Irvine, and has achieved honors throughout academic pursuits.
