Snigdha Sen

Snigdha Sen has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Snigdha started their career as an HR Executive at Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences in 2012. Snigdha then worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Teleperformance from 2013 to 2014. After that, they joined Z Software Pvt Limited as a Human Resources Generalist from 2015 to 2017. Snigdha then worked as an HR Generalist at Climate Connect Ltd in 2017. In 2019, they joined mindZcloud Technologies as an HR Manager and served in that role until 2021. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Manager at 12th Wonder.

Snigdha Sen's education history begins in 2009 when they pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources at Indira School of Career Studies, a journey that lasted until 2011. Later, in 2020, they enrolled at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences to pursue an Executive PG Diploma in Organization Development & Change, specializing in Organization Development (OD). This program took their two years to complete, and they graduated in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Snigdha Sen has obtained several certifications. In February 2021, they earned a certification in "The Evolution of Organization Development" from Udemy. In May 2020, they achieved a certificate in "Google Cloud Productivity - Drive and Google's Office Suite" from the same institution. Finally, also in May 2020, Snigdha obtained a certification in "Organization Development in Practice" from Udemy.
