Brianna Masciel has held a variety of roles in their career. Brianna began in 2009 as a Property Manager at Masciel Real Estate Co., where they created a proposal for new property, oversaw annual inspections of apartment rentals, and wrote notices for tenants in both English and Spanish. In 2012, they served as a Consultant for SOURCE Nonprofit Consulting, where they advised clients on creating a database management system and establishing an online presence. In 2013, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Keck Center for International and Strategic Studies. In 2014, they were a Human Rights Intern at Ready4Life, where they provided support for an eight week program on urban youth unemployment. In 2016, they were an Opperations and Finance at Göra, where they established a new CRM and maintained records of clients. Brianna also worked as a Social Enterprise Champion & Global Connections at MovingWorlds, where they managed databased and provided custom support by conducting interviews with clients. In 2018, they were a Field Operations and Growth Specialist at Prefer, where they were building a platform to power a better future of work. In 2019, they were a Partnership Manager at Wonderschool, where they were helping start and manage childcare programs across the country. In 2020, they began working at 12twenty as a Customer Success Manager and was later promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager.

Brianna Masciel attended Rosary Academy and Rosary High School from an unknown period of time. Brianna then went on to study International Relations at Claremont McKenna College from 2011 to 2015, and also participated in a Study Abroad Program at Universidad de Granada in 2013.
