Emily Richer (she/her) has a diverse work experience. Emily began their career in 2011 as a Fulbright Scholar with Fulbright Thailand TUSEF. In 2013, they joined Deloitte as a Human Capital Consultant and Analyst, where they conducted stakeholder interviews, analyzed results, constructed team time allocation surveys, developed interactive Instructor Led Trainings, researched content and collaborated with subject experts to develop weekly business-wide presentations on SAP-related changes, and prepared training materials and supported logistics for U.S. training courses. In 2016, they joined AppNexus as an Account Executive and Account Manager, where they were responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and signing up new digital publishers, as well as managing a book of accounts and optimizing their experience on the AppNexus platform. In 2019, they joined WeWork as an Account Executive- Strategic Growth. In 2020, they joined Handshake as an Enterprise Account Executive, where they were responsible for working with Fortune 500 Employers to sign them up for Handshake's premium product. Emily also joined 12Twenty, Inc. as an Enterprise Employer Partnerships, where they worked with employer partners to connect them with top talent.

Emily Richer graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Development.
